Bangladesh Technical and Development Development (BTSSD) Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh (Reg. No.: 192427) is a technical service educational institution. Today, the development of human civilization in the world is no longer a question of how much power technology has. We also have to give importance to technology. Bangladesh has various departments (including education, business, science and technology, foreign affairs, state, finance, agriculture, communication, sports, and cultural), research institutes, agricultural extension departments, land survey departments, BUET commissioning, and various individuals and private organizations in the country have achieved breakthroughs in the use of information technology. Information today changes everything through technology, such as schools, colleges, banks, businesses, trade, industry, and all information technology networks. There will be so much research. How important is the computer in this era of technology? The whole world is now documented on computers; it can now be said very easily. Knowledge and information technology can make it possible. With the aim of the Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, we want to work with the Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh to change the grassroots-based technology for the people of the rhythm and for the modern technology institutions for the rhythm. We want to give something new to the people quickly. When the world is moving towards technology, there is no chance for our motherland to lag behind. For developed countries, millions of taka are being spent on people's online shopping, through all the programs and through outsourcing. But the technical technology network training system has not been introduced in the villages of our country yet. So we want to provide training in technology network services from the villages to the cities of the country. So that after training, the common people can do all their work online through alternative computers and can make money through outsourcing. The Bangladesh government is teaching computer education from the grassroots level all around. Since today the country is facing unemployment, which is not only the responsibility of everyone, we want to be by the side of the people of the country through job opportunities. We want to take the country forward with skilled manpower.
The new horizon of information technology is Bangladesh Technical Skills Development (BTSSD). This institution has been established with the aim of developing information technology across the country and spreading its benefits at the national level with the aim of developing a completely non-political public service and skilled human resources. Bangladesh Technical Skills Development (BTSSD) has been moving forward step by step since 2018 with the aim of building a digital Bangladesh and creating employment for 5 million people. BTSSD Technical Skills Development of Bangladesh is under the Registration Act XVIII of 1994 of the Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, whose registration number is 192427. The authority vested by the government on Bangladesh Technical Skills Development (BTSSD) is to establish larger science and information technology, technical service institutions in every union, upazila, and district of the country, the main objective of which is to create employment through information technology-based research and training and alleviate poverty at all levels of the country. The institution was established in 2018 and received government approval in 2021, and after the new addition, it received another new registration number, 192427. This organization has taken up many service projects in the continuation of its success. One of them is the establishment of digital IT villages in every union, upazila, and district in Bangladesh. So far, more than 425 IT organizations are successfully continuing their activities. If the saying “Education is the backbone of a nation” is true, then why are our young, talented boys and girls, after completing their studies from the highest educational institutions of Bangladesh, running after the golden deer called jobs, getting depressed and hiding their faces in the clutches of the curse called unemployment, isolated from society and family? So which is true? Their lack of talent? Or are they not getting the right education system? The chairman of Bangladesh Technical Skill Development (BTSSD) thinks the second is true. An education system that cannot guarantee employment for a student and cannot fulfill his basic needs is not an education at all. For example, textbook knowledge and idle money that are of no use when needed. Out of responsibility towards society, I say that our country's education system must be developed into a more up-to-date and modern information technology-based education system, where there will be no curse of unemployment.
“Bangladesh Technical Skill Development (BTSSD)” 4554 centers will be established in each union of Bangladesh, 1793 in each upazila headquarters and 320 in each district headquarters, totaling 6347 centers. 2. The nation will truly remember with respect all those great people at all levels of government and private sector who have helped and cooperated with me from the beginning of this great creation to its success and will do so in the future. People like to dream in their sleep; I like to wake up and see it in reality. I think that the day I wake up and see in reality that there will be no unemployment in our country, i.e., Bangladesh, that day all my efforts, hard work, and dreams will be worthwhile.
